Gen2 DA 50BMG stiff bolt-opinions needed

Received my upper and barrel today, looks good got a bit of work setting the scope but all well I should be shooting a few rounds off this weekend, it has taken some time to get to reach this point but during this process Canadaammo has had good communication, will update how it shoots some time next week
 
Is there another point of contact with canam? Have emailed the cust service email several times and I have been entirely unsuccessful in getting them to understand that I need a return label to send the upper in. Barrel on this one wont even chamber a round (short chambered)
 
Ok so I get a response after I used the web contact form. Item was shipped out after an extended delay. I open the package and only the barrel is there . The AR10 lower that was originally sold with the upper and returned is missing. :bangHead:
 
What are peoples experience with the DA 50 rebarreling? The rifles were supposed to be test fired as part of the process. When i inserted a live round i could not get it to eject and had to use a rubber mallet to do so.
 
That was my original issue back in 2017 and Canada ammo promised they will get it fix. I waited for 2 months and decided to get my money back( went through my Credit card company). I can't believe that CA took that long and still not able to fix this problem
