They are the most common M1 carbine manufacturer. Just keep an eye out on the EE. They usually run anywhere from $700-$1000 depending on condition and extras that come with it. I believe there is one for sale right now on the first page of the Milsurp rifle exchange.

Originally restricted but can be rebarreled or modified to be non restricted. NR's are a little more uncommon but they do appear for sale on the EE.
