He did a bit of shooting this past week:
Long time Gamebore shooter George Digweed MBE finished a very respectable 2nd place in AA Class at The British Open Sporting, smashing 112 out of 120 targets despite the shocking weather conditions at Fauxdegla on Thursday.

Commenting after the shoot, George said "Very good shoot, but sadly picked the wrong day to shoot as it was very windy, but that's the luck of the draw'' before congratulating the overall winner Andy White.

But that was only the beginning of the weeks' shooting for George who had a busy schedule of competitions ahead of him. With the weather now on his side, his usual skill, determination and style that we've come to expect - George put in some spectacular scores on Sunday:

Southdown Sportrap - 98/100

Southdown Sporting - 98/100

Caterham Sporting - 97/100

Horne - 100 Straight

Glassenbury - 60 Straight

That's a pretty impressive score tally itself, but when you consider that out of the total of 460 targets he shot at, he only missed seven - it's really quite awe inspiring!

After his long day of shooting, George remarked "I had a good day in the office today" - Indeed!

We'd like to thank George for his many years of loyalty to Gamebore products, and we look forward to many more.

Henry
