Hello everyone
Wanted to share some pictures of my most recent acquisition. As many of you know I have a huge interest in ww1 and ww2 Soviet weapons specifically the Mosin Nagant rifles. This here is a 1939 Tula made 91/30 that at some point in its life was captured from the Russians by the Germans. The Germans re worked this rifle at a re arsenal depot and then gave/ sold it to the Finn’s during the later part of the war. You can tell this particular rifle went through a German rework due to it having a faint German eagle proof at the wrist of the stock and a blued bolt which is common to see on the German re-worked rifles. I’m curious to see what other potential German Mosins or German captured weapons are around in our Canadian market.
Have a nice weekend everyone!
