We have had a few requests about the SIG 516; we have recently discovered that two German made models are readily available. Regular price is $3299 for both models, on sale for $2899. These are special order items; ETA is 6-12 weeks. Please send us an email if you are interested.

Would ya'll happen to know what the twist is on the "precision" model? Is it chrome lined too?


^^^Never mind...I just looked it up...it looks like a 1 in 7 twist and chrome lined.

We'll look into it. Under the defence section there is an SBR, but we asumed it was a SIG USA production, much like the 716's shown on the Defence section as well.

No SBR regs that we're aware of; lots of Short barreled semi-auto rifles readily available for German civis.

We did notice there is a new "sand" model available now:

Thanks. You're probably right that they are selling the US ones overseas as well which would be too bad. Never hurts to ask though. I like these guns but don't want that long of a barrel.
