German Mauser Identification Help!

Hi, I don't know if this is the proper spot to post this, but here goes:

Recently acquired this mauser in a trade and was wondering if anyone could help me identify what variant it is, what its value is, and whether or not these serial numbers are matching (they appear to be the same number but it looks sketchy that they were electro-marked or Dremel'd in?)

Thanks in advance for any help you may provide! I am totally new to mausers haha.

they appear to be the same number but it looks sketchy that they were electro-marked or Dremel'd in?

Russian captures are typically force matched - electro penciled with new numbers.
