I scored 25 rounds of this stuff, 8x57, at the Maple Creek show this weekend. I only looked at three or four, and found 1937, 38, and 39 so far. Different factories within each year to boot. 
I'll get some pics of the various headstamps and post them to this thread later.
The "S*" indicates the brass has 72% copper content.
