This wasn't uncommon on older Weavers from their made-in-U.S.A. era, and they are well made so lots of used ones are in good serviceable condition. I have a K4 and a couple of K2.5s with this reticle and if you find one it should certainly be well under $200. For a 3-9x magnification I think you are going to have to go with something made for a centrefire and it's going to be well over your target price to be any good and offer reticle options.
Liking this sort of reticle very much, I also have a Bushnell Trophy with a German 4A reticle. You might want to look it up at Cabelas Canada because it's on sale for not much more than $100 right now. (1.5-6x44mm with a 30mm tube - not what I would put on a .22lr but that's me, you should get what you like and do what you want.)
