German WW2 rounds

Ammunition on display

I have probably a few thousand rounds of ammo in big plastic Peanut Butter bottles that I have collected over the years. I was going to display them but don't have the space. Even have some rounds picked up from San Wan Hill during the Spanish American War. Forgive my Spanish, I think that's how you spell the hill.
It would be nice to display them though.

What kind of round is that at the very bottom?

That's an 8mm Panzerbusche round (PzB), used in two types of anti-tank rifles before the Germans went to the Panzerfaust and Panzerschreck; if anyone knows where I can find a damaged example, I'd like to make a cut-away to go with my live round. I'm also looking for one or more of the Polish equivalents, the 8mm Maroscek.

San Juan.

If you ever want to part with any give me a shout. I don't really collect much, but it would save on any shipping charge ;)

"...round is that at the very bottom?..." That's the ammo for a PzB anti-tank rifle. Big, single shot, firing an 8mm AP bullet out of a coke bottle.
