Getting a Bushnell product fixed

I tried the phone number off of the website but can't get a human and left a message to no avail. Does anyone know a different number to call or any way to get a response from these losers.

Why not take it to your dealer and ask them?

I had a Bushnell scope on a .22 that went south, so I sent it into thier warranty depo. They sent me back a new one, no questions asked.

I also have had nothing but excellent service from the Canadian Warranty depot. I have sent back scopes that I bought used and were obviously abused only to have them replaced no questions asked. I don't know what more a person could want.

It's an older Competitor spotting scope so it isn't under warranty and I wanted to talk to a live individual about getting it fixed. I emailed them and will see how it goes.
