Getting Bolt Buffer Out(10/22)

Yeah, i just got a 10/22 a couple weeks ago, had some trouble with that pin as well, but a few taps with a screwdrivew knocked it loose. If you take the bolt out though, I found putting the spring back in a little tricky. Just a heads up :)

I had the same thing happen for me... it had a bit of a taper; one side is much easier to remove insert on.

If you are installing the Bolt Buffers, man are they ever worth it!!

:D

I just use a pin punch set I have, that anda 10oz dead blow hammer..... I also have a roll pin punch set which is worth its weight in gold (dam proto prices)

seems the paint s not all cured when they put that pin in so the paint still has some adhesion...

Heating it up with a hair dryer helps loosen it.
freezing it could of also worked.

"All the things you wish you could be, that's me. I look like you wanna look, I f**k like you wanna f**k. I am smart, capable, and most importantly, I am free in all the ways that you are not."
