Thank you for everyone's support in this. We are making headway into a transition. Has anyone had experience with the Lightspeed or BigCommerce platform for POS and ecommerce?

I worked for a LGS that used Lightspeed (and still does). A little quirky on the backend, but once you figure it out it's pretty decent. The online customer UX is pretty decent too, I can't complain about that. PM me if you'd like the name so you can see the customer-facing side.
