Getting new rifle

I wanna get a new rifle but cant decide on a win model 70 in .308 or a rem model 700 in .308 im looking for the pros and cons of both rifles

Have you looked at the Browning X-Bolt? Same quality as the M70, but with a nice tang safety and detachable magazine.

I suggest the model 70..
The Rem 700 has problems that have been documented on NBC and are known in professional circles. and I would google the story. seriously.
In fact I would recommend the Tikka T3 stainless synthetic over either of those 2.

Model 70 all the way. Remington quality isn't what it use to be.
