Getting reticles changed on Zeiss products.

I am wanting to know if anybody has successfully had the reticle changed on a Zeiss Conquest.

I want to go from a Rapid Z 1000 to the 800.

I have an email in to Gentec but haven't had a reply yet.

I never did get it done but when I inquired about changing to a mildot reticule I beleive they quoted me $250.00 and 3 months, but that was about 4 or 5 years ago.
