hi im thinking of starting to reload myself and im just wondering what i need to get started and how much it will cost

thanks for any help

seriously though can someone just help me and tell me what i need to buy to start off?
im thinking of reloading 28 ga shells

The first thing to get is a good reloading manual or two. Look for used ones on ebay or advertise on this forum. You can't go without it. Lyman's Reloading Handbook is good, and for reloading data try to get Ken Water's Pet Loads. Hornady and Speer have good manuals as well.

I agree with Johan22. Do LOTS of reading and research first, only then think about buying gear and components.
I am more into loading pistol and rifle than shotshell, so cannot be of much use there.
Good luck.

Loading shotshells and reloadign metallic cartridges are 2 completely different things, and requires completley differnt set ups and gear.

You need to get a SHOTSHELL reloading manual.

Then you need the gear- How much you shoot is what will dictate what kind of press you buy.
