Gevarms 20 round magazine

I believe what I found is a gevarms 20 round magazine. I have no idea what it is or what it's for, but it's for sure a 22. Can anyone let me know what they're worth, what gun they come from and if it's worth holding onto? I paid 20$ for it and a pile of brass.
