Ok I ordered one from Wolverine supplies.
They show stock of the the one that says for the m1,2 and 3 and doing some research they also work with the M4. Wolverine also confirmed this.
Good to know. I will keep a eye on it to see if that happensThey technically work, but be careful. I have a bent one. Didn't even use it heavily, was shocked when i saw it rubbing against the receiver.
The collar on the charging handle between the handle itself and the rod that goes into the carrier body is bigger, and without this support it puts a lot of stress on an area not meant to handle it.
Well I might just have to cancel my order with Wolverine Supplies then. I don’t like them telling me it’s pretty well the same one.As stated above, the m4 ones has a larger rim to stop it from over insertion and space it out a tad more. If you power stroke it like an acr or tavor, you will either bend it or jam it in too far or rips it right out of the bolt.
It was a 50$ well wasted getting the m2 version. Now i gotta wait 1.5 months for the IRG one to show up. Get the proper version. Also noted that the end wjere it goes in the bolt is machine differently between the 2.

Any review on this one ? Thanks

Yes wolverine has always been good to me and went off of what I seen online somewhere where it stated it can be used.I'm a little disappointed with wolverine on that as well, usually they seem more concerned getting the right part than making a quick buck.... I'm thinking this is more a case of the guy not being sure of the difference.
I mean it technically does work.... but as stated by me and Sky, it's not really a good idea. I would personally cancel the order and try and get the proper one, even if you have to wait a bit it's worth it. Very good upgrade, GG&G makes good stuff.

If it's the S&J hardware one, i have their safety and it's pretty well made, but I personally like the bigger knurled tube of the GG&G unit, it seems easier to grip with gloves. The S&J unit seems more snaggy with the outside rim on it, but I can't complain about the quality of the parts I've seen and used.
one of the reason out handle had the shape it, to allow the finger to fall into the center when you rack it.
many time when people use the factory handle , they hand ends up against the frame of the gun you rip a check out of your hand.
or if you have gloves on the gloves stuck in the gun .
this happens a lot more then you think.
we also looked at the ggg unit many years go and found it was too big.

After dicking around with the GG&G product, I ended up going with the S&B enhanced Cocking Handle for my M4 "Entry" gun. The first GG&G Handle that I tried broke right at the tip where a ground channel creates a small "ball" on the end of the Handle. The little ball broke off and the Cocking Handle would no longer stay in the shotgun' s Bolt Carrier. The replacement handle was shaped in such a way that it would not insert fully into the Bolt Carrier. I gave up. Surprising that I would get 2x lemons in a row from GG&G, let alone one. But there you have it...
The S&J handle is awesome - just big enough without being too big. The shape of the gripping area works exactly as advertised, keeping the hand away from the side of the Receiver and avoiding drag/hang-up.
