Call me a noob when it comes to shot guns. But what is ghost loading?

Ghost loading got me through a nine shot (3 slugs 6 shotshells) shotgun portion of a stage without a reload on my Benelli M4

Its only an advantage when you start a stage and even then I can't see it being a positive action as far as reliability is concerned.

That's where I have an issue. Moving from cover to cover without a functional firearm is poor form. Its great for gaming but it isn't reality based, and I refuse to sacrifice practical skills to gain a competitive advantage. That being said, I would sooner work on making hits more often in less time than spend time learning to reload only to miss. (Not saying you missed any in the video) Being able to load quickly is great, but its only a benefit if you hit your target(s) with said "speedy" reload.

Well... I was shooting a "game".
None of the targets at that match could shoot back.
