Ghost rings or a scope?

Im in Simcoe County, where everything in my area is shotgun only for deer (which would be my primary use for my Grizzly shotgun). I bought it used, and it currently has a rail on it, and ghost rings... and I am wondering if there is a more recommended than the other sight for it.

I go skeet shooting once or twice a year, and plan on going out for grouse more and eventually turkey in the future.

Obviously Im not going for anything massive scope wise, probably a 1x4 if I so choose that route. I have heard good and bad on both, but couldnt find much on comparison to which is more recommended. Obviously it is dependant on the uses of the gun per person as well, but Im torn between which to utilize.

iv never used a scope on a shotgun, and ever since a couple of years ago when I first tried ghost rings I don't think I would as I seem to be pretty accurate with them. But for each there own, I would think that it might take you a bit longer to take the shot (to focus on) grouse but might be wrong?

I do like that if I go scope, I can take it off and have a spare barrel with just a bead for just doing my skeet and grouse hunting. This is assuming that the ghost rings would interfere with using just a bead to shoot
