Hi everyone,

I recently received the holster and mag holder I ordered from Brian Gibson, who runs Gibsonholsters.com, and wanted to give a quick review of it.

I emailed Brian after initially attempting to order from Raven concealment, however I found that they did not make a holster to make my Sig220 combat. Upon further research, I found that no one advertised a holster for a Sig220 combat, and it was proving very difficult to find anyone to make one. Brian immediately said it was no problem, I (FRAUD ALERT)'d him the cash ($60 for my particular holster) and he set to making it. It arrived approximately 7 weeks later, later than the timeframe he had quoted but he said the Sig220 Combat was giving him difficulties in getting a clean mold.

He continually sent updates on the progress, and as an added bonus he has a military discount for those who have served past or present.

The holster turned out great, with clearly a lot of attention given to the small details. The mold of the pistol is very well done, and the Sig seats with a nice "click". The corners were all sanded and smoothed, and he offers several different options for cuts and sweat guards. It worked great at the range today, with a good amount of retention coupled with being quite comfortable for the morning of shooting.

Overall I'm very happy with the end product, especially as it has been so difficult to get a good holster for my Sig220 Combat. Don't hesitate to drop him a line if you don't feel like waiting 4 months for raven concealment or have a pistol that you're having a hard time finding a holster for.
