Hey guys, who has one of these, and will you Please process my brass for me? :p

I will pay you for your time. :dancingbanana:
I would reload more 223 if i didnt have to #### with the brass so much.
Help me, my AR15 is starving!

I'd love to help but I think shipping the brass is going to kill it.
With the dollar being what it is, now is a good time to get into one.
One warning though, once you have it you'll be swearing at yourself for not doing it earlier...;)

I think I just recently saw one for sale in the EE . Might be worth a look ?

I saw that too - sold faster than greased lightning!

I have one and it was one of the best purchases I ever made for the reloading bench. Mine is set up for .308, but I also bought the .223 conversion just incase I ever needed to reload it.

It would be a good time to buy one with the exchange. Only thing is though, you're probably gonna have to get in line and wait for your's to be built.

His web site states a 2-4 week wait currently

I was checking out the Dillon website last night and they have a FL sizing die with an electric trimmer built right into it. Can be changed to whatever caliber/length you want. It might be worth trying. Probably have to deprime in a seperate step though from the looks of it. Still it's an option.
Another would be to set up a Lee case trimmer in an RCBS case prep center. (Saw it on youtube) I've been meaning to try it, but never seem to find the time. Wouldn't be as good as the Giraud, but would only cost a couple bucks.

I dont care what it costs to ship it! A nice fellow in ONT is goiing to do the deed for me! It is well worth it for me, trust me. My fingertips cant take any more burning from the RCBS chamfer tool! :p

Got a drill press? Alternatively CT has em for 90 ducks. Then you can use one of these.

Midsouth has em for around $50 I think.

You can get chamfer tools that fit a bit but with .223 why bother?

This ain't no Giraud, but as compromises go, it ain't too shabby ;).

Its well worth the money. I had Doug make me custom shell holders for my precision guns, using my chamber reamers. The results are superb. Now the Wilson trimmer is just a backup.

I'm thinking I'm going to make my own since I can't afford to buy one right now. I'm tired of using the Lyman universal trimmer and a deburring tool.

The Giraud trimmer uses the shoulder of the case to set the length while the Dillon one does OAL regardless of if you've sized the case or not. I think I'm going to go the Giraud way since I'm likely to have sized all my cases before I trim them anyways.

There are some other companies as well that make one step trimmer heads that cut and inside / outside chamfer at the same time. But that Giraud looks great as its all in one. I'd say trimming and chamfering is the biggest drag in processing a quantity of reloads.

Best $$$ invested since I started reloading (308 & .223).

x2

I had a barrel of 5.56mm that needed trimming. I am talking about 13K pieces of brass. Bought the Giuard Trimmer and was done in no time. I could trim about 300-400 pieces an hour.

By far the best way to trim brass, best piece of equipment on my reloading bench. I actually like to trim brass now!

Wonderful thing that trimmer!

I phoned to order one and spoke with Mrs. Giurard A minimum of 4 week wait when I spoke to her. I called Mrs. Gracey and received the Gracey trimmer set up for 6mm Norma BR and 338 LM on my doorstep in less than a week. Around $120 less as well.
