Took my Girsan (9mm single stack, came with optical sight) to the range for first time and found the pistol won't feed at all from one mag (it came with two), took the mag out and realized it is about 1/2" shorter than the other one. Never had this on any of my pistols ever before. If anyone can recomend what mag works well with this pistol, will appreciate it very much.

This is the picture of two mags side by side, they are identical otherwise. Shorter one wasn't even locking up in the pistol, I could just pull it out. I ended up fixing it by grinding the base plate lip flush to the mag, now the mag sits a little deeper at the base but works fine. The mags drop free upon ejection, so thats not a problem. Thanks guys for your recomendation, appreciate your time.

Looks like an officer's length magazine (shorter grip). Mix-up somewhere between the factory and you, they're easy to get mixed up if you're not being careful. On the plus side, it looks like Mec-Gar so someone on here will probably trade you for a standard length mag.

Can your retailer take care of you?

It's an Officers lenght mag. Personally I would get rid of that mag, sooner or later you will have a phase 2 malfunction and be unable to strip it. New mags can be had for $40 plus shipping. Dlask has some in stock right now.
