I was walking through my local CT and decided to check out the firearms section. Being fairly cheap I basically look at the prices and if the tag reads less than $500 I look up to see what it would buy me. Generally Im fairly disappointed and resign myself to trolling the EE again.
I have always been a little curious about owning a semi auto shotgun, and was surprised to see one staring me in the face for $420. Seemed a little too good to be true. So I promptly whipped my cell phone out of my pocket and googled the thing. I found out that the Girsan MC312 is essentially a Benelli M2 clone, and reviews where not even that bad.
If it was a Remington or a Mossberg with reviews like that Id be jumping on it.
The main question I have is, where would a guy go with warranty claims / problems down the road? Gotta know CT will only stand behind it until my foot touches parking lot, and I couldn't track down a Canadian warranty centre anywhere.
