For sub $600 gun it's real tight. I mean that in a good way. Barely any rattle whatsoever and zero play on the slide yet buttery smooth when racking.

Trigger pull has a bit of take up and then a miniscule amount of mush to a crisp hammer release. (Miles better then my cz85 combat)

The only negative I can see so far, and this is to be expected with any gun that you buy for this price point, is the bluing will start to wear. Looks to me like a small parts in the frame and the barrel are blued, but looks as though the slide is parkerized I could be mistaken though.

All in all for $599 bucks... I'm glad I bought two.

As with any handgun or any gun with finger grooves my middle fingers too fat for that top Groove but I've gotten used to that.

I got myself a gersan regards as when this whole crazyness started i dindnt have any double action and wanted one. The only one i could find was the regard in stainless stell with gold accent. While it looks like a pistol off any drug lords movie, i am fairly pleased with it. It is tight, the trigger is very nice and frankly, Gersan did put some tought into many aspects. For once, it does look nice with the wooden grip but it also came in a very nice case. Overall, i am happy.

I bought one of these recently. Very pleased with it and the overall quality. I'm 6'2 and it feels great in my hand.

Do it.

On the regards, the wooden grip is not ideal for a good grip but it can be changed. As far as size, i have large hands and it almost feels a bit big. The trigger is very very decent i find. Alike any new guns, a good cleaning is important. I shot it without and the ejector would sometime have a hard time ejecting the casing. After my range session, i did a complete clean and oiled it with some good stuff. Today everything worked like a charm. Shot over 100 brass and no problems at all with the PMC 124 grains

Been looking at the Beretta 92 for years but recently found this one.
How does it compare?
I've always wanted the Inox Beretta version, but Price point, and with 4 small kids at home, time to shoot is few and far between. I could justify the Girsan, but I'm still on the fence.

Get the dream, or get the discounted dream.

Time is running out to make a decision.
The Girsans are as good or better than the original.

I got the stainless with the chrome barrel, I didn't liked the flat black finish on the base model.
The original grips are fine, but I got the G10 from Amazon.
It feels better for my hand, it is a little thicker in the middle I would almost recommend it except it's from Amazon .
The color is wrong, it shows silver-gray on they're picture but it's grayish brown, I had to file and sand both sides to fit properly, the screws showed silver in the picture it's flat black and to long and interfere with the magazine .
Not too big of a deal if you handy but I can't change the color.

Had one for years the compact Yavuz version no rail. Sold it in the panic to fund others and it was a great gun. Grips felt fine on mine but are different from todays version

Get a gersan, i really enjoy mine. Not that many bullets through but it is very nice. I personnally like it better than the original that i was able to compare last night.

Cheers

I had both Girsan Regards and Beretta , they are highly similar but not the same ,for the 92 ,if you can afford to do the trigger job by a professional gunsmith , the accuracy of 92 is comparable to 1911 . If just out of the box ,the Girsan is more impressive and easy to shoot .
