Glerk parts stuck at border

There is an email form you can submit to ask them about your parcel. On two seperate occasions, I have submitted a query after several weeks of no movement on a parcel. I both times I received a somewhat generic response but each time my parcel started moving the day after I submitted the form.
Give it a shot.
There was another thread on here where I posted a link to the form. I believe it was "BLANK stuck with CBSA for XX days..."

On both occasions I received the reply email several days / weeks later but both times I parcels cleared customs the next day after submitting the form. Other members on this forum have stated they have had similar experiences on other threads, its where I got the idea. Hope this helps.

Thanks, its only been a week since it hit the CBSA, but I'll probably send something next week... I mean its just a simple straight piece of metal that I'm waiting for.

My last 2 Numrich orders came through Montreal and no holdup at all. Right through…
