Glock 17 Gen 2 Price Check

Been adding a few restricted's to my personal inventory lately, and as I write, I'm holding a pretty clean G17 gen 2 that's been offered to me. Original Tupperware box, manual, cleaning Rod & brush, 2 17rd (10) mags. The seller wants $500 and is super firm. This is an early Gen 2 with the uncaptured recoil spring and black internals. Worth the fiver?

I paid 630 for a new one about 2 yrs ago so I'd say not bad at all

I've already got the Gen 4.5 17 with the 4 backstraps, but thought a little Glock nostalgia would be kinda cool. This thing is pretty clean. I just ran to the bank and paid him. Called the CFO....taking it home tomorrow. . Been trying to find a Gen 1, but this gun actually feels better to me....and its a transitional model which is nice.

probably a fair deal if your buying it for collection purposes. For a shooter, that's 50 $ less then i paid for a gen 3 in the same condition.

I paid $525 three years ago for a Gen 2 that was mint enough the sharp checkering hurt just holding it and racking the slide a few times. 100 rounds caused the finish wear on the barrel to increase noticeably in size. I was very pleased.

So I would say that $500 for "pretty clean" is in line.
