A Gen 3 G17 slide will fit on a Gen 4 G17 frame, but there will be a gap on the front. There are aftermarket parts to fill in that gap between the slide and frame though.

You can order an entire Gen 4 G19 (minus the frame and barrel) from their U.S. store. Just need to specify that you want everything except the stripped frame.

yes G19 Gen 3 parts kit are interchangeable with G17 Gen3 except the locking block

Would a gen 3 slide work on a gen 4 frame? Short answer, yes. A longer answer, unfortunately, might be kind of important. The Gen4 Recoil Spring Assembly is larger at the nose, so it will not fit into a Gen3 Slide, nor will a Gen3 Recoil Spring Assembly fit into a Gen4 Slide without an adapter.
