Glock 17 grip reductions...

Also wouldn't mind hearing of some options in Canada. Lots of companies do it in the States, not sure who (if anyone) does up here. I know people who have done it themselves but I'm looking for professional work...
 
Could also try a GripForce adapter ... about $27 bucks online and $10-15 shipping. you get two straps. Gives the frame a more plumb back strap line... Some like it, some don't.
Gen4's big downfall is still the finger grooves... I filled mine the best I could with Grip tape. Helped a bit.

Also, what model Glock do you own ? - could help in giving you more specific options

Altho I havent held the Gen 4, im sure its much better, but Im kinda stubborn. I wanna work with what I have to make it (more) functional for me before I throw the towel in.. If I got a new pistol, it would probably be outside of the glock family. So this is my chance to make a glock work for me!
 
uhhh so you wanna chop up the glock you have, minimizing resale, instead of just going to the different model? trade someone on the EE. I mean god knows I have chopped my glock up but im keeping it till im cold in the ground. Im married to that gun. I filed off my finger grooves, stippled the 'front strap', got the gripforce adapter plugged in. I'm in the process of carving down the frame to hold short mags [g19 mags]. dura coating the slide. No one in their sane mind would buy it off me.

but you sir have a pretty crispy option in front of you with the gen 4. Just my .67 cents.
