Interesting, I didn’t know they made an RTF2 with the standard slide serrations from factory.
Always hated the fish gills.

Typically RTF2's have a slide like this, otherwise it's just a G17 with an RTF2 Frame.

If you follow their link, it says Glock apparently discontinued the fish gills but still produced the rtf2 with the standard serrations.

I was a little thrown off at first too by the pic and lack of fish gills.

Well, I'll be! Guess I'm just a d*ck that needs to learn some more!

I've got the RTF 2 frame on a standard slide. I really like the grip, and my hands are not exactly soft and delicate, but I've had no issues with it being too rough...

Compared to my Gen 4 standard frame, it's a bit more sandpaper-ish, nothing that actually hurts by any means.

people who moisturize their hands twice a day should not buy this handgun, for the rest of us is this made in Austria ?

I love the RTF2. It's all I have for Glocks. All of mine are crescent serrations, although I was aware of the standard serration models. The newer runs of RTF2s for Vickers were standard serrations. I don't find the RTF2 texture anywhere near too aggressive personally. After a full day of shooting, the only thing getting sore is my finger tip from the trigger.
