TSE possible has some, sure you don't have to pay shipping but you've gotta pay taxes. Questar has the 17's for 799 and all you have to pay is shipping + 7% orwhatever it is these days. I ALWAYS try and buy out of province specially on high priced items so I can save that money on taxes.

Police Ordnance doesn't sell NEW Glocks to civies. Only LEO/Military/Fire They do sell used/turn-in Glocks to civies however.
