Anyone with a Glock 19 Factory OEM threaded barrel, can you tell me what this exact length is.

It looks to be right on 105mm to me... depends exactly how you measure it. But then, the overall barrel is supposed to be 117mm, and when I measure it out it looks more like 116mm... so what you have in mind may well workable. A gunsmith might have some ideas on how to get it to look like a 106mm barrel.

Thanks ghostie for the reply and measuring it for me. That's exactly what I had in mind. Might be able to squeeze an extra 1mm out of it somewhere.

Put it in a gun, put a rod down until it touches the breach face, mark where the barrel ends, then measure. Otherwise you won't get the right answer.

I know, but he can't do that in this case. He is talking about taking one and cutting the threads off, and trying to judge... now, before cutting... if that would leave you with something that looks decent or horrendous. The only thing you can determine by putting it in a gun and measuring it with a rod, is the length of the barrel as it currently stands... which is stated as being 117mm by the manufacturer (it may be a little off that figure one way or the other using the rod/breachface method).

I can maybe try and take a picture of the barrel with a ruler, but in the meantime I am pretty confident that the answer is that you can't cut the threads off completely without creating a 105mm or less prohibited device.

This photo shows it next to a 106mm IGB barrel, which is as short looking or shorter than any of the Canadian-legal barrels, and it gives you a pretty good idea of where the limit is.
