Glock 19 trigger~upgrade?

Hey guys~quick question, looking for advice. My experience with triggers (tuning/aftermarket drop-in) is all with rifles, not pistols...so wondering if Glock owners here would like to chime-in on the pros/cons of the various trigger-upgrades available for the Glock 19? Obviously, one would never want a trigger measuring in ounces for a pistol...but what's the best option for smoothing the factory one out, maybe reducing the pull a little while still keeping it in safe range?

Cheapest option is a 3.5lb connector, spring kit and polishing job. More expensive way is an after market trigger like an Apex.
