Glock 20, deep fire pin strike mark.... normal ?

Hi.

Please what do you think of the depth of the strike marks on these brass ? this is from a Glock 20 in 10 mm .

To a rifles only enthusiast like myself, it seems pretty deep ....

what do you think ? is this the norm ?

It's a striker, not a firing pin. The OPs pictures are also completely normal. When that deep strike starts to turn into a flat smudge you are getting up there in pressure. Those deep strikes are a good sign to be clear.
 
So it's rectangular because of the firing pin swiping the primers through a sloppy firing pin hole?

Pretty much, designed to keep the firing pin hole clear of debris so it will keep shooting, self cleaning sort of deal.
It has vertical play so you get those swipes during the firing/ejecting process.
