Jperos, look at what a pre-order means, you are financing the purchase you are pre-ordering......
A pre-order is simply to help determine how many we should order in. It is NOT to finance the business.
Without pre-orders we could grossly over or under order. Neither of which are good for business.
We have learnt from our mistakes in the past basing orders off people on CGN saying they will buy XYZ product but when it comes to following through are MIA. We are left holding inventory costing money everyday. That's just bad business.
Not true. I pre-ordered a CZ P09 at said price and when they finally arrived you jacked up the price and and wouldn't honor the pre-order price. Never bought anything from Wolverine since. Not avoiding the question. It's the weekend and I'm answering on my own time.
We have only had to make a wholesale change to pricing on a pre-order once. The FX9. Every customer was contacted and offered a refund with no penalty. I know for some people thats just not good enough and they couldn't care less if we stay in business or not but I have a responsibility to 20+ staff first and foremost.
These will all come out of the US.
Nothing wrong with that.
Glock shipped all milling machines to Smyrna, GA ..
even changed the electrical in the plant to EUR current.
The guns are identical.
The EUR gun grabbers have made it difficult for Glock, Austria to ship out of the EU for the private market.
That’s why there is a plant in Georgia, for the NA market.
If you bought a Glock 3-4 plus years ago, you could easily get Austrian.
There are still lots in the market, but you need to look if it’s important to you.
