Glock - 9mm or .40?

Holy crap! LOL

That thing could double as a flame thrower! :D

I do believe you've just GOT IT! hehehe

Actually, I've spent quite a bit of time getting into reloading and figuring out the import/export paperwork to make it much cheaper to shoot my guns. I've got a G17, G20C, G29, Sig Mosquito, The DE .50AE, and a 15" Grizzly shotgun. I just started with firearms several months ago, and I realized pretty quickly that I'm going to have to reload if I want to continue to shoot 'em all.

To be honest... I still don't get it. But that IS a funny pic.

I know what you mean about the reloading. Despite my post below recommending the G17 (which still is my preference).... I am going to be trading or selling it for an MP40 most likely. My dad has a Dillon already setup to load .40S&W, and he has about 100lbs of .40S&W brass just begging to be used. I don't want to keep paying $16 a box for 9mm, and to buy all the 9mm reloading kit for his Dillon would cost $450 :(

Thanks for the replies. I saw the 10mm, that might be interesting. Didn't know about the conversion barrels though.

I've done it all with Glocks...

Definitely get the Glock .40S&W and a 9mm conversion barrel (you will only need 9mm magazines for reliable function).

You can get the 10mm Glock and then get a .40S&W / .357SIG barrel (*No 9mm barrel unfortunately).

I currently own a Glock 27 with threaded G23 Lone Wolf barrel in black.
I also bought the 9mm G23 threaded conversion barrel in black + 2 mags for my Glock 27.
I've put over 250rnds of 9mm through it without a single failure (and I was trying to make it fail).

Summary:
Get the 40 (then 9mm barrel + mags) or get a 10mm Glock (and 40 barrel) ;)

~Cheers

hey g37 , do you think you could post pics of your g27 with the black threaded barrels. this is something ive been looking for, but only find stainless barrel ones.
thanks in advance

G34 & G35

Glocks are lefty-friendly. I have the extended slide release on all mine and it is a must. As for the extended mag release, it is hit and miss. Some stick out and interrupt the index and next finger continuity. I personally don't own one.
As for the G22 and the g17, both great guns.
Take a serious look at the G34 in 9mm and G35 in 40. For a little more money, they have bonus advantages over the stock G's.
