Glock Adjustable Rear Sight in PD?

I am getting mixed feedback about installing a Glock adjustable rear sight in my G17.

Can one of you experienced IPSC PD guys confirm if installing Glock Adjustable Rear Sight shown in the picture in a Glock 17 is legal or will it bump me out of PD??

the factory glock comes with an adjustable rear site anyways. But with the new revisions it would appear that any open type site that fits the slide without further modifications including fibre optic is now legal. I think either though it hasnt been ratified just being proposed makes it temporarily legal...

im reading the regs right I think, maybe somebody can say something if I missed it?

as per the july 2006 handgun rule interpretations "ANY OPEN SITE" is permitted (but you are not allowed to modify the slide to fit it)
