GLOCK and NEA Day

The winners will be announced tomorrow.

BTW.. we raised over $5000 for charity this weekend! Thanks to all that contributed.

I'm really glad I was in town and could attend. It was a real pleasure meeting Jeff, who turned out to be not at all what I expected. I would almost call him a decent human being, but from what I can tell I doubt his employees would! Glad I don't work for that a--hole!

Was a good time for sure. Figured I'd go shoot, take a look at the NEA and call it a day. Walked out with a Glock 22 in OD and a Tapco mag for my SKS. So much for the budget, haha. Crossed fingers for the prize Glock/NEA Upper.

proceeds from this even will be going to both the "Veteran's Food Bank" and the "Wounded Warriors" association.
Always good to support these two organizations and it was icing on the cake to have sampled the hardware on the firing lines.

Thanks for putting all the work into this event James and coy. And to all of the volunteers that made it possible too!

Thanks as well to Glock, NEA and Vortex for coming out and giving us a chance to handle and try their products.:D

We have drawn the winners of the NEA-15 Complete Upper receivers as well as the Grand Prize trip to Vegas.

- Geoff F. of Whitby, ON (NEA-15 Carbine)
- Stephen F. of Toronto, ON (NEA-15 CQB)
- Rick S. of Calgary, AB. (NEA-15 CQB)
- ?????? (Trip to Las Vegas)

Thanks to all that donated, it was a great event. And congratulations to those that won.

The winner of the Trip for two to join us at the 2011 Shot Show in Las Vegas, NV will be announced once we receiver contact back from him.

What a great day at TSE. The NEA AR is reeeeaaallly nice (start saving now) and having a blast with the SAPR was a real treat. My wife's FIRST shot with that went X-ring!
The staff and volunteers were all brilliant - special thanks to David the RO who took time out to help my wife with rifle shooting with a bit of 'blue gun' practice, and for doing his best to sell her a CZ 9mm and NOT the Sig X6 :)

It is with great regret that we are unable to make our Oct 9 release date. We have been utilizing a JIT (just in time) manufacturing and supply strategy, one that the shop has used for quite some time. That being said, we are being held up by one of our suppliers and are trying our hardest to get it sorted out ASAP.

While no one likes a delay, rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get these rifles out as soon as possible. We are sitting on a pile of 99% rifles and have become a victim of Murphy's Law.

We have made arrangements with not only a secondary but a tertiary source to get this sorted out. We will let our dealers know the expected turnaround time is.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but there is one thing for certain int he manufacturing industry.. there will always be a delay, and this one came in on the 11th hour.

Note : this is not a matter "of months" issue, just a not this week one.

However, dealers are still receiving receivers (complete and stripped), barrels and quad rails this week. So those waiting on those items will still receive them.
