Glock Optic Plates

I have a G19MOS

It came with 4 plates and the booklet says;

01 - Docter, Meopta, and Insight
02 - Trijicon
03 - C-More
04 - Leupold

No mention of Burris and Vortex Venom - the red dots I have.

Which plate fits?
