Glock IPSC holster

Hi Viper,
In my oppinion the best holster for the Glock is currently the Guga Ribas US $200.00. First I had an Israelian Fobus, then I bought a CR Speed Holster before the Garcia SpeedSec 5 Holster (Hoppner & Schumann ) CND $160.00 came out and I really liked it, and the Super Ghost Holster is amazing for US $150.00. The CR Speed is adjustable for all Glock models, and it is fast and sturdy. Use of the Arredondo plug adapter will make for a faster draw. The Safariland #077 roller mag carriers and a good inner/outer belt rig ( CR Speed US $ 50.00 ) are the finishing touches on setting up the Glock M35 for IPSC limited competition. If you want a holster that goes double duty for IDPA, Sidearmor makes the fastest IDPA legal M34/M35 holster on the market.
If you live in the Ottawa - Hull area you can try my holsters, it will help you to make a decision.
Best regards,
Robert

I use CR Speed WS model and Ir works very well. I believe most of the top Production shooters were using it in Ecuador including David Savigny.

My .02...

I have the Speedsec for my Glock and I love it. I also use one for the SVI. I used a Guga (SVI)...and thought it was the cats ass until I tried the Speedsec.

I've only ever seen the Guga for the Glock from the IPSC store (I didn't eben know that model existed)

The Speedsecs are in stock items at

http://www.2alphainc.com/

http://www.freedomventures.ca/

Freedom Ventures and 2Alpha also stock a few other lines that you may want to look at

Viper I bought it at the worlds in Ecuador form CR Speed. I believe Murray Gardner in BC is the Canadian dealer.

Looked at them all, and the CR Speed WS is by far the best IMO. I looked at several different models from lots of different manufacturers, and tried many of them out first. The CR felt the best, and I am happy I bought it. It is fast, and quite safe for a "speed" holster. You won't find a faster/safer holster out there.

Just wish I had one for my Standard gun too. Maybe next Christmas.

Is there any mod that I have to do to my glock for the cr speed to fit?
I've heard some holsters you have to.
Thanks
p.s

40 cal where did you buy the cr speed stuff?

No mods required to the gun. The holster must be purchased as a Glock model, and you can trim the tip of the main frame to suit the length of the gun as well if you want. Just makes it a little more compact and doesn't dig into your leg.

Murray Gardner, IPSC Store, Brownells are all good places to buy.

Last I saw at the Triangle Match, the IPSC store was there, and it was a bargain for a CR Speed WS model. Don't know if they have the Glock model though. Murray Gardner is a good bet for one.

no they are U.S but if you buy a bunch of stuff it will really save you money as the shipping is $10 for everything. But even if you just want the holster you are saving $$$$.

I use just a Uncle mikes kydex type holster. no straps just custom fit & tension holster.
It's not as speed holster like some others,
but if start up cost is an issue, it's only $ 26.00 plus taxes
if cost is not, than get one of the speed rigs suggest in earlier posts.
