While I agree that the modifications listed above will take the gun out of IPSC Production Division, what rule do you use to justify the gun being diallowed in IDPA SSP?

In fact, I'd say it is specifically allowed:

"Internal action work may be used to enhance trigger pull as
long as safety is maintained (no visible external modifications
allowed)."
