I have owned USA & Austrian Gen 4 Glocks at same time on only two occasions to compare. I found the only difference was in the finish. The Austrian Gen 4 G21 seemed darker. All functioned and shot perfectly and no other differences observed.

I have had multiples of both, and never found any functional difference at all. I've never met anyone who had any notable difference either.
