glock with .22lr convert

i'm lookin in to buying the glock 17 and with that buying the Advantage Arms .22lr Conversion Kit. does any one have this, and what do ya think.

works well with high Velocity ammo only, and needs to be very clean

Another thing to do is get a 1911 in .45 and then you can get a 22LR topend if you will be shooting more 1911s than Glocks.
