I have used the P226 in 357SIG and my G22 in 357 SIG. In the SIG P226 I prefer the feel of the recoil of the 40 over the 357SIG and in the Glock 22 I mostly shoot the 357SIG as I hate how the Glock feels with the 40SW loads. The 357SIG in a G22 shoots a tad high, but functions 100% using the stock recoil spring. Come to think of it, I have never had a jam in either the P226 or the G22 using 357SIG, that bottleneck round feeds flawlessly everytime. have not noticed any problems with the frame, but I have only put about 500 357SIG 125 grain JHP loads through it so far.
