Glock22 in .40s&w... Basically giving these suckers away

I just bought one for next to nothing. Literally cheaper than a norinco lol.
Why are they so cheap? Is it because .40 is old news? As far as I can tell other than caliber it is no different that the g17 and I havnt seen a used one of those for less than half of what I paid for my glock 22. Is there any real difference which would make such a dramatic value difference?

Where did you get a Glock 22 cheaper than a Norc? I have pistols in 9mm, 40S&W, and 45 ACP and personally I love shooting my 40 cal. Since I'm reloading anyway, it was just a matter of picking up another die set and some projectiles.

Me neither. The cheapest Glock 22 I've seen lately was a G22 RTF2 Gen 3 for $599. Usually they are the same price as a G17.

There's one on the EE FOR $400. Last summer IRG had LEO turn ins for not much more, and, apart from a few small scuffs on the grips, mine is in excellent shape and has night sights to boot.

Glock makes these for <$100 per unit....
Even if you score a NIB for $400 that is still a massive mark up lol

Haha sorry guys it was used. And it was less than that one for 400 on the equipment exchange. But still 400 is dirt cheap for a glock

The cheapest glock 17 I've seen was like 675. But you can buy a g22 for. 500 on the EE all day long

No this one is just a plane jane glock 22 gen 3. Looks like it came out of the factory box. It has an unknown round count but it's still in good shape. It's not some Frankenglock either. But IMO, they are generally cheaper on the equipment exchange than g17s. Am I right?

My set up is a pair of gen2 22's with 9mm conversion barrels in the bag. I can shoot anything going. I paid $400 each for them. I feel hosed now. But, they're nostalgia pieces for me.
