Gloss Rimfire Scope Rings - Are they out there?

Can anyone recommend a set of decent quality rimfire scope rings in Gloss Black?

Will be used on a vintage 10/22, I believe it is a 3/8in rail, scope tube 1in.

Are there rimfire rings still being made in Gloss?
