These are lowish velocity plinking style loads usually used with cast bullets. With the right powder 1400-1500fps isn’t unreasonable depending on bullet weight. Biggest issue with pistol/shotgun powders in large volumes rifle cases is capacity and ignition polyfill can be your friend here. I have also heard that belted cases can have some sort of set back from low volume loads(bulky powder is your friend). For myself with the .458 win mag I’m going to use the .45-70 data on the upper end of the scale with hs6 and either a cast bullet or cam pro plated.
 
Yeah, I was hoping to use campro plated bullets for plinking loads. I have lots of titegroup on hand and don't load much pistol anymore so it would be ideal.
 
A quick range report on this. I tried 9.5 grains of titegroup in new starline brass with rem 91/2 mag primer and it shot 720-730 fps in my marlin 1895. It shot very smooth and was an absolute hoot. Put through over 60 rounds it was so fun. I didn’t do any groups as I was ringing steel, though next time I’m out I’ll see how it groups.

How far was your target?
 
Had targets between 25 and 50 yards and was making good hits. Had a gong at 100 as well, though struggled to make hits with the few shots I had left to try. Next time I’m hoping to get some more practice with it further out, it’s been 20 years since I’ve used iron sites on a gun.
