Honestly I think Brownells is the best bet. I've gotten a few from them in the past, and they'll have a huge selection.
Same thing here..... Tools aren't ITAR restricted.
Do people actually check the headspace in AR's when building? I've mic'd fired brass in 4 builds and the largest was 2 thou over min spec, I quit worrying about it after that. That was all quality brand stuff though... I guess if you are going to use NEA or Nork bolts and barrels it might be worth it lol

If you build an AR with quality parts from known manufacturers you have absolutely zero need for gauges.
Whoever told you otherwise is an idiot.
