go to loads using 87&95 Berger vld leads

fairly new to the reloading scene and wondering what
everyone likes for powder and charges in there 243's
is seating depth critical? On the lands or off ?
forgot to mention that it will be out of a sako 85 varmint 1:10 twist

I like imr 4350 for 95gr Berger classic hunters. They shoot best close to the lands for my rifle.

87gr shoot well with IMR 4451 in a 10 twist Winchester for me. .030" off lands is a good place to start

I have not tried any imr powders so far only used hogdon 4350,4831,4895

I'm using 47.1gr of IMR7828ssc with the 87gr Hunting VLD as per the Berger excel data spread sheet. Bullet is seated .010" off the rifling. If you want a copy of the spread sheet PM me your email address. Super accurate out of my 1:10 Savage barrel. I forgot to mention, averages just a little over 3100fps by my chrony with 34fps spread for 10 shots
