Going goose hunting

First one of the year. Three hours north for three days. Got three fields already swathed, geese bin pouring in for a week. Farmer is leaving the fields alone while we hunt it. He wants the geese gone. We hope to oblige.

Hundreds of geese, limited out on ducks and geese both days with a bonus two Sandhills. Three bands in two days. Good friends, good food, a most enjoyable time. Trying to load pics.

Sweet! I hope to sit in the duck blind this weekend with a couple buds. Spend the night at the huntin shack, should be fun.
