Going insane, help identify

Okay, so I'm going insane trying to look up details on this.

It's a relatively new high accuracy gun.

I believe it was russian.

I saw somewhere that it incorporated at least SOME design from the dragunov/svd.

It's pretty new though, very modern look.

The model number was quite high, four digits I think?

There was one for sale recently for about 3k. Might have been in the wrong section though, hunting arms?

That's all I know, I think.
